Enkla Elbolaget is a large electricity provider in Sweden. They have taken on the task to make electricity more fun and remove the complicated parts. When they were to redesign their logged in parts of the web, we were there to help.
Challenge:
If you ever wanted to really understand the electricity bill or the price model of the average electricity company you know why Enkla Elbolaget exists. They take on the mission to make electricity understandable and easy and has done so for a long time. We got to help them redesign the logged in parts of the web – "Min El" – where the customers log in to download their invoices, renegotiate their agreements and get statistics and data over their electrical usage. Of course all needed to be really simple and easy to understand, like the rest of Enkla Elbolaget's communication.
Solution:
In this case we needed to take a step back when building and designing all the features of the web application. Every part needed to be reinvented and looked at again, to see if we could make it more stripped and easy to understand than before. And we really think we succeeded.
